Roman Lee is an immigration attorney specializes in business and employment related immigration and visa matters including non-immigrant work visas and permanent resident applications (green cards). Roman’s client ranges from multinational corporations in the financial and technology sectors to acclaimed orchestra musicians and global entrepreneurs. Roman has developed a particular expertise in work visas (H), international personnel transfers (L), investor visas (E) and green cards (EB-5), labor certificate (PERM), immigrant petition (EB1-EB4) and adjustment of status applications, including those of family members.
Roman is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and has been an advisor on immigration development and news for the Chinese newspaper, World Journal of Northern California and regularly advice none-profit organizations, businesses, and international entrepreneurs on immigration compliance advisories.
Roman received his Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B., 1994) from Fu-Jen Catholic University in Taiwan and an LL.M. (1997) degree from Cornell Law School. Roman is also fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese.
