At Law
Ms. Aviguetero is a registered attorney involved in both general civil litigation and intellectual property litigation, including patent litigation.



Experience
Although specializing in intellectual property litigation, Ms. Aviguetero has quite a diversified legal background. As a law student intern at the National Immigration Law Center in Washington D.C., Ms. Aviguetero assisted an immigration policy attorney on various projects involving citizen and non-citizen rights post-9/11 policies. Ms. Aviguetero also worked as a Law Clerk in the Office of the Public Defender in San Francsico, where she gained valuable experience working with a felony attorney in all aspects of criminal litigation, client/witness interviews, field investigations and motion work.
Ms. Aviguetero continued to expand her legal experience by becoming a Law Clerk at Bay Area Legal Aid in San Francisco. At Bay Area Legal Aid, Ms. Aviguetero became involved in all aspects of civil litigation, client/witness interviews, discovery, settlement and negotiations, legal research and writing, and motion work. It was her next position as a Law Clerk at Intellectual Property Law Group LLP where Ms. Aviguetero found her niche in intellectual property litigation.
Today, Ms. Aviguetero is an associate at Intellectual Property Law Group LLP where she has honed her skills in general civil, trademark, and patent litigation.
